To complete the course, participants must:

Complete an assessment at the end of the course

Our Asbestos Removal Training Program is conducted over a day and at the completion of the course, attendees should be able to:

Identify asbestos material friability and its significance to health risks
Identify asbestos materials and their health risks
Identify diseases caused by asbestos and their risk factor
Identify exposure limits and methods to measure asbestos exposure
Identify the legal requirements of non-friable asbestos materials work
Select and fit test respiratory protective devices for asbestos exposure
Identify asbestos exposures expected in the participants’ workplace
Safe working procedures for working on and around non-friable asbestos materials
Remove non-friable asbestos materials in accordance with the regulations
